Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Manage Young Men's Licensed/Branded and Branded Missy/Juniors programs from initial costing and development through bulk production, shipment, and final delivery.
    • \n
  • Maintain comprehensive records of vendor quotations, costing options, and sourcing recommendations to support informed decision-making.
    • \n
  • Communicate approved costs, delivery dates, and Time & Action (T&A) calendars to the PO issuance team in a timely and accurate manner.
    • \n
  • Coordinate the submission, review, and approval process for all product components with Licensing, Design (Branded programs), Technical Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required.
    • \n
  • Daily communication of approvals to the Vendors.
    • \n
  • Maintain and update WIP reports daily, ensuring accurate tracking of approval statuses, production milestones, and delivery timelines.
    • \n
  • Monitor production schedules and proactively identify, communicate, and escalate potential delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns to management.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure vendors receive timely updates on approvals, revisions, and production requirements.
    • \n
  • Partner closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure products are executed according to approved specifications, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
    • \n
  • Support management with reporting, issue resolution, and special projects related to sourcing, production, and process improvements.
