Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 2–15 years of litigation experience to join our growing team in Rochester, NY. This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters from case intake through settlement or trial. Important: While this is a plaintiff-side personal injury position, we welcome attorneys from any litigation background . Candidates with experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, employment litigation, or other litigation practice areas who are interested in transitioning into plaintiff-side personal injury are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through resolution. Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and develop case strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and the court. Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. 2–15 years of litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and case management abilities. A desire to build a career in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
