Job Description OTR Truck Drivers with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, primarily hauling dry‑van freight. This position requires a Class A CDL and at least 2 years of recent verifiable experience, preferably with military or commercial driving background. The role involves long‑haul routes across the Midwest, East Coast, and Southern states. Pay Base rate: $0.56 CPM for all practical miles (first 6 months), increasing to $0.60 CPM by 12 months, and to $0.62 CPM at 24 months. After 60 months the rate stays at $0.62 CPM plus longevity bonus. An additional quarterly bonus of $0.02 CPM may bring the top rate to $0.66 CPM. Alternative “No‑Frills” package: $0.66 CPM in the first 6 months, rising to $0.72 CPM at 24 months. This package excludes benefits. Package B (Frills): Includes health insurance, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and per diem of $80 per night. Additional accessorials and bonuses such as layover pay ($150/night), detention pay ($20/hour after one hour), holiday pay ($150 per holiday), stop‑pickup pay ($25 per stop), safety bonus ($0.03 CPM), weekend delivery bonus ($100), and NYC trip bonus ($150). Benefits Health, dental, and life insurance after 30 days. Short‑term disability insurance after 30 days. 401(k) with company match. Per diem of $80 per night on the road. Paid vacation and emergency leave. Optional satellite TV and streaming services. Driver lounge with shower, laundry, kitchen, and TV. Pets allowed in trucks. Job Duties Operate a tractor‑trailer combination with a reefer unit. Perform daily pre‑trip, post‑trip, and safety inspections. Hook and unhook trailers. Verify and complete required documentation and reports. Maintain accurate daily logs and record‑keeping of mileage. Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding status and issues. Demonstrate excellent customer service. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record. At least 2 years of recent verifiable CDL‑A experience (military experience acceptable). Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards. Minimum age 21 years. No 15 mph over‑speed citations in the past 3 years. No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years. No felony convictions. Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carriers (FMC) regulations.
