Assist in specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing as required.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with healthcare teams.

Able to make independent decisions and address problems efficiently in fast-paced or stressful scenarios.
