Quality Control SpecialistLithia Springs, GA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7am - 4pm | Day Shift
Help Ensure the Quality of Innovative Lighting & Smart Technology ProductsWAC Group is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our top-notch Quality Team!

What We're Looking For- Experience working with electronics, electrical products, manufacturing, quality control, repair, testing, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP or database system for data entry and reporting

- Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
- Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
- Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time
- Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
- Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
