Float Pool Registered Nurse

Meridian Center – NC, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Burlington, seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care across multiple units. The Float Pool RN provides assessments, medication administration, wound and IV care, and close monitoring for seniors and medically complex patients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support short-term rehab and long-term care goals, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
