K-12 Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time

Ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in Surprise, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Location: Surprise, AZ
• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day)
• Caseload: K-12 students
• Start Date: August 6, 2026
• End Date: May 27, 2027

As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• NBCOT certification required
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students across a wide range of ages and abilities
