Scheduling Coordinator

Experience in the dental field is a must. Prior experience in an Orthodontic setting is even better! Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift
Compensation: $23-$29 per hour, based on experience

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Greet each patient as they enter the office
• Acknowledge each patient and schedule as they leave the office
• Schedule appointments
• Work recall lists monthly
• Respond to new patient request for initial consultation
• Enter new patient information, including insurances and getting fax backs
• Manage office email
• Correctly save and file documents, notes and xrays
• Email new patients and tx letters to dentist
• Email xrays to dentist
• Request xrays from Dentist
• Use of multi-line phone to make, answer, and direct phone calls
• Able to multi task

Experience

• Prior hands-on dental experience (front desk) is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Dolphin management is a plus
