Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine their specific needs.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, employing evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy for adults, utilizing solution-focused approaches to address a range of mental health issues.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming virtual space for clients to engage in their healing process.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, offering immediate support and guidance.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each therapist will have the opportunity to build meaningful, therapeutic relationships that facilitate client growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A non-judgmental attitude paired with a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
• Organizational and time management skills that enable effective scheduling and session management.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary history.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually , commensurate with caseload and experience.
