People's Talk Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional remote telehealth services. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility for our clinicians to work from home or any location where they feel most productive. Our telehealth platform ensures you can connect with clients seamlessly, providing the same comprehensive support as in-person sessions. The role offers a structured environment where clinicians can manage their schedules while providing critical mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop individualized treatment plans that aim for measurable progress.
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, encouraging open discussions that promote peer support and shared experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance skills, collaborate on treatment strategies, and ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our mental health initiatives focus on supporting adolescents and young adults facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. We are committed to fostering relationships with our clients that empower them on their healing journeys and address their unique needs through empathetic, individualized treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. For junior-licensed professionals, we offer the opportunity for supervision as they work toward full licensure.
• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on preference for either a 1099 contract or W2 employment structure.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client population.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic methods.
• Understanding of relevant clinical regulations and documentation requirements.
• Experience providing group therapy or facilitating support groups.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our therapists benefit from access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to meet licensing requirements and enhance clinical knowledge.
