TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44119!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months) Description: 20 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted. All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have one recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. Charge RN references accepted. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Travelers are accepted at the same rate. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements unless indicated otherwise. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. A negative drug screen is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required. Travel candidates who do not complete required competencies will be considered non-compliant.
