Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions and support client progress.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conducting timely reassessments and making referrals to other healthcare providers when appropriate.

• Provide crisis intervention services, facilitating immediate and effective support during acute emotional distress or mental health crises.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, maintaining open lines of communication to effectively address concerns and promote engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing consultation and guidance to support integrated care for clients.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings, quality assurance activities, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
