Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients, families, and groups, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Collaborate with medical professionals, including physicians and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care that supports clients' overall wellness.

• Advocate fiercely for clients, ensuring their rights and access to community resources, social services, and support networks.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing education sessions to strengthen clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this vital role, you will primarily support clients within our detox facility, guiding individuals who are dealing with the complexities of withdrawal, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health issues. Your ability to build rapport with these vulnerable populations will be essential in fostering an environment of trust and safety, crucial for successful recovery and mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, particularly in settings addressing addiction and mental health.

• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating detailed treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in detox or inpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
