Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of medical procedures and minor surgical interventions under the supervision of attending physicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments which include taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by collaborating with supervising physicians, ensuring a tailored approach to each patient’s needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care in our electronic medical record system to guarantee continuity of care.
• Educate patients on their medical conditions, proposed treatments, and necessary lifestyle modifications to facilitate health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing your insights to enhance overall team performance and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing medical care to a diverse patient population in Seneca Falls, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise.
