Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adult patients across a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and psychological conditions. Our therapeutic approaches are grounded in proven methodologies tailored to meet individual needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows, to create holistic treatment plans that address complex patient needs.

• If desired, contribute to the education of new practitioners by teaching classes to medical students and supervising residents during psychotherapy training, thereby shaping the next generation of social workers.

• Participate in regular meetings and patient staffing to discuss cases, share insights, and develop strategies for improving patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and therapy progress notes, adhering to departmental policy and standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
