Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health counselor at Rethink Counseling, you will:

• Set clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Document all therapy sessions accurately and ethically, maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues, including trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license to practice as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
