Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager Requisition ID: 4061 Location: Louvain-la-Neuve, BE Work regime: Full-Time Kind of contract: Open Ended Contract Mission As Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager, you will define and drive IBA's strategic supply chain transformation to support business growth and operational excellence. You will lead high-impact initiatives that redefine our supply chain architecture, from localizing production in new geographies to scaling capacity through new manufacturing facilities. This role requires translating business needs into actionable supply chain strategies and orchestrating their execution through complex, multi-year programs. Challenges we trust you with Reshape our supply chain strategy: Design future-state supply chain models aligned with IBA's expansion goals Lead transformational projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives including capacity expansion projects requiring new facilities, supplier ecosystem redesign, and end-to-end supply chain architecture evolution Build business cases that drive decisions: Develop comprehensive business plans for each initiative, identifying optimal suppliers, quantifying investment requirements, and defining implementation roadmaps with clear ROI metrics What we value You have: Consulting or strategic background in supply chain/operations, or proven track record leading strategic transformations (supply chain focus) PM excellence: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives Product & business acumen: Deep understanding of how supply chain impacts product strategy and business outcomes International experience: Comfortable in multicultural environments with global stakeholder management Master's degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial sciences, business, or equivalent Fluent English (French is a plus) And you also are: A strategic thinker: See the big picture and anticipate future needs Impact-driven: Thrive on complex problems with tangible business outcomes A leader : Rally cross-functional teams without formal authority Autonomous and analytical : Take initiative, anticipate needs, and excel at turning complex challenges into concrete action plans Life at IBA At IBA, we value creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
