Materials Management Specialist

Role: Materials Management Specialist (Vehicle Driver) responsible for transportation, warehouse, and facility support within a regional agency setting. Responsibilities Drive and maintain agency vehicles, deliver and pick up equipment, furniture, and supplies, and oversee vehicle logs and minor repairs. Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory in warehouses, including operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Assemble, install, and adjust furniture and equipment, assist with office moves and minor building repairs. Serve on the Disaster Deployment Team by delivering emergency supplies and equipment. Use systems like CAFM and CAPPS for documentation and tracking. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, valid Class C driver's license, experience with warehouse operations, and ability to operate motorized equipment. Strong organizational, communication, and safety skills, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and perform basic repairs. Ability to follow directions, develop effective relationships, and travel as needed. Additional May assist in emergency/disaster situations, work extended hours, and support various operational duties.
