What You’ll Do

As a Patient Support Specialist II, you’ll play an important role in helping patients navigate their healthcare experience. You will:

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate support
Respond to patient questions by phone, email, or other communication channels
Assist with scheduling appointments, referrals, and other patient needs
Provide accurate information while maintaining patient confidentiality
Document patient interactions and update information in healthcare systems
Research and resolve patient concerns in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless patient experience
Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Experienced in customer service, healthcare, patient support, or a related field
An excellent communicator with strong listening skills
Compassionate, patient, and comfortable assisting people who may be dealing with stressful situations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new technology
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A strong problem-solver who takes ownership of customer and patient concerns
