Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health by gathering pertinent information, formulating clinical diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs and objectives.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, community resources, and self-care techniques, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. The clients you serve may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, among others. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
