$1534.08/week - Job Summary: The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive emergency care to patients across all age groups, focusing on delivering high-quality, collaborative, and patient-centered nursing services. The role involves independent and delegated nursing functions within a Level I Trauma Center environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on clinical needs and trauma protocols. Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient conditions and shared decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and streamline treatment efforts. Delegate appropriate tasks to care providers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and clinical competencies. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and uphold standards of nursing practice and environment of care. Document clinical interventions, assessments, and patient responses accurately in the Epic EMR system. Qualifications: Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience. At least 1 year of recent travel ER experience. Certification in BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC. Demonstrated experience with trauma care in a Level I facility. Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and Epic EHR.
