Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help control access, provide directions, and support a professional environment within a healthcare location. Assist with de‑escalation, visitor assistance, and other routine security‑related duties while working in a dynamic location with varying conditions and activity levels. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
