Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients' daily lives.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their specific goals, preferences, and treatment progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and preventative self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
