Work Environment\n

In our remote work setting, we handle all administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most—helping clients. Clinicians can set their schedules and control their caseloads, which typically consist of 10-30 billable hours per week. Our team regularly meets for group consultations via telehealth or, when appropriate, in-person, ensuring a collaborative and enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services utilizing a variety of modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Collaborate with licensed psychologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices and optimal care.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy, focusing on mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Prepare treatment plans that are well structured and comprehensively address client concerns while assessing and determining the appropriate level of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, including reports and communication with external agencies, under client consent.
\n
• Participate in departmental meetings aimed at quality management and clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist here, you will provide services to a diverse client base, encompassing individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will also work with clients with dual diagnoses, ensuring they receive holistic care encompassing both their mental health and substance use needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania or a Psy.D.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Experience working in a community health setting, dealing with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
