Bookkeeper

Randstad is recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill a Full Charge Bookkeeper role at admired and growing commercial bakery located in Riviera Beach.  Compensation: Full-time salaried position (M-F 8am-4pm). Benefits include 401k, health insurance, paid vacations and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: Managing the general ledger, performing monthly closing procedures in coordination with outside CPA, and preparing financial statements.
• Accounts Management (AR/AP): Oversee and execute all Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, including invoicing, processing vendor payments, and managing client collections.
• Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis, meticulously resolving discrepancies to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Generate essential internal financial reports, such as monthly income statements and balance sheets, for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience required
• Willingness or ability to take on Office Management duties as well
