Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position that allows for flexibility and a balanced work-life schedule. Our team operates within a collaborative environment, emphasizing the importance of self-care. We offer various scheduling options, including the choice between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 7 PM. This adaptability enables our staff to maintain their well-being while effectively serving our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.
\n
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to collect and assess social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate and treat mental health problems including but not limited to mood disorders, substance dependencies, and family conflicts within the defined scope of practice.
\n
• Design and implement programs and therapeutic activities that address the social and emotional needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, providing short-term crisis resolution and appropriate referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and nurture a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance with each client.
\n
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in client records per established protocols.
\n
• Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring comprehensive and accurate case documentation reflective of services provided.
\n
• Perform individual clinical counseling and other duties as assigned by the clinical supervisor.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, behavioral health issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be vital in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, helping them navigate complex social and emotional challenges while fostering progress towards healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of four years of experience in the mental health field is preferable, candidates with significant training in behavioral health treatment modalities, particularly in diagnosing and treating issues such as depression, marital difficulties, grief, and loss, will be highly regarded. Experience in community outreach or program development is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
