Position Details Specialty: Registered Nurse – Utilization Management Location: 7 Baldwin St, Franklin, NH 03235 Contract: 11 weeks Start Date: August 11, 2026 End Date: October 20, 2026 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Meal Break: 30 minutes Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $58/hour to $62/hour Shift: 1st Shift Responsibilities Perform clinical utilization management and review patient records to support appropriate levels of care. Evaluate medical necessity and appropriateness of services based on clinical information and established guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care. Review documentation and identify gaps or additional information needed to support clinical decisions. Assist with care coordination and facilitate appropriate utilization of healthcare resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of utilization management activities. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams. Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements Current and valid RN license . Previous experience in Utilization Management, Utilization Review, Case Management, Care Coordination, or Clinical Review is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
