Key Responsibilities
- Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave-of-absence programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
- Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and related questions.
- Partner with Human Resources leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to benefits strategies, plan design, and employee offerings.
- Manage compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including leave administration, benefits reporting, and required documentation.
- Analyze benefits data, costs, and utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and program enhancements.
