Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and familial dynamics of clients.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Providing direct therapy to a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship conflicts.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to promote optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in case consultations with fellow therapists to discuss client cases and enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of therapy sessions in compliance with state regulations and our organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each facing their own unique struggles. Whether it’s aiding a couple in improving communication, helping a family navigate systemic issues, or supporting individuals in a journey towards self-discovery, your role is essential in guiding them toward achieving meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health principles and effective therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficient in virtual therapy tools and platforms.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Background in addiction treatment or dual diagnosis would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
