It's a role built for a clinician who wants to practice at the top of their license, own their day, and see the direct impact of their work — one patient at a time, right in their home.Compensation & ScheduleSalary: $130,000 – $140,000 annuallySchedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (Part time and PRN opportunities also available)Visits per day: Approximately 5Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and moreWhat You'll Be DoingYou'll serve as a key partner in helping patients restore mobility, reduce fall risk, and regain independence — all from the comfort of their homes.
