Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to lead our Ad Operations team. You will support the execution, tracking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple partner platforms and agency/brand clients. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, oversee the ad ops team in trafficking, execution and optimization of ad campaigns working within our internal platform and with external integration partners across various environments. Keeping within the highest standards of customer service and reporting. One direct report (ad operations senior associate) and grow the team as needed to manage overall campaign delivery standards. Help set and monitor campaign performance to ensure that delivery, pacing, and targeting align with client expectations and internal benchmarks. Delivery against all client KPIs. Ensure highest level of customer service and delivery. Managing all client tagging and measurement requirements. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to gather / manage media assets and ensure timely campaign launches. Manage quality assurance (QA) on all ads to ensure proper implementation and functionality across devices. Pull and compile reports from various owned and partner platforms for internal use and client delivery. Help troubleshoot and resolve technical or performance-related issues in a timely manner within the SLAs provided by partners and/or clients. Report on performance to senior management on a regular basis. Stay current with industry trends, ad technologies, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of professional experience. Management experience a must. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, time‑management skills and a customer‑first mentality. Basic understanding of digital advertising (display, video, point of care media). Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data analysis and reporting. Effective communicator who works well in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn new tools and grow within the digital media space. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Exposure to ad serving platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
