Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of each client.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the coordination of care, facilitating regular case conferences and meetings.

• Implement crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety plans to address urgent client needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and skills-based training sessions, enhancing clients' coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
