The Opportunity Our Talent team’s mission is to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by creating an inclusive, engaging experience for candidates and employees alike. We identify and attract top talent, with a strong focus on early-career professionals and internal mobility. You Will Own full recruiting cycles — with a focus on early-career / entry-level hires Source and engage high-potential candidates (new grads, 1–3 years’ experience) to build robust pipelines. Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results. Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Serve as an ambassador of our employer brand — design outreach campaigns, referral initiatives, etc. Experiment with and adopt modern recruiting tools (automation, AI-assisted sourcing, outreach personalization). You Should Have 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to high volume hiring. Exceptional organization skills; ability to track many parallel processes without dropping balls. Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’ll represent Flexport to many early-career candidates. Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops. Comfort working with metrics and data — you’ll use them to optimize your work. A growth mindset — you enjoy learning, adapting, and improving processes. Experience with sourcing automation tools, personalization of outreach, or employer branding initiatives.
