Independent Contractor Recruiter

Sedgwick is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide for Repair Solutions, LLC’s network. You will develop contractor capacity, evaluate qualifications, and maintain records through contractor software while collaborating with teams to meet goals.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and 3 years of related experience; construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background is a plus. Occasional travel is required.
