Overview We're looking for an Onsite Resource/Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at 565 S. Pinnacle, Romeoville, IL 60446. You'll partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent, coordinate hiring activities, and guide candidates from application through onboarding. Responsibilities Lead the Recruiting Process: As the Onsite Resource Coordinator, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing goals. You’ll monitor hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and help ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles. Create an Outstanding Candidate Experience: You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through pre-employment requirements. You’ll also support New Hire Orientation and help deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects our employer brand. Partner with Operations: Working directly with onsite leadership, you’ll participate in workforce planning discussions, provide recruiting updates, and share labor market insights to help improve hiring outcomes. When challenges arise, you’ll collaborate with recruiting leadership and marketing to develop creative solutions that keep hiring on track. Drive Results Through Data: You’ll maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor hiring metrics, and identify trends that improve recruiting effectiveness. Success in this role comes from balancing strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven mindset while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office. Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH. Ability to stand for up to four hours during hiring events. Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Pay range and compensation package The salary range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 depending on experience.
