Medical Receptionist - Patient Care CoordinatorSterling, VA Pay From: $21 per hourMUST: The Medical Receptionist must have experience: 3 years of medical office experience Great customer service skills and positive attitude EMR experience as well as strong computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong typing skillsDUTIES: Answer multi phone lines Explain all pre-operation instruction to patients Fill out and fax posting sheets and pre-operation forms. Pre-authorize surgeries with insurance companies. Scan and fax pre-operation clearances to the hospital and surgery center Print the doctor's O.R. schedule. Copy all forms needed including posting, patient info, pre-operation orders Scan all surgical forms and info into patient's EMR.
