Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the ICU according to established standards, the nursing process, and care plans.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Monitor patient status continuously, respond to changes, and adjust plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and manage lines and devices as prescribed; document accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records.
- Promote patient safety and infection control, participate in discharge planning, and provide education to patients and families as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license (as required for practice in the assignment)
- ICU/critical care nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an acute care inpatient ICU environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills; effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced clinical setting and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff
- Willingness to meet the assignment duration and travel requirements
