Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
• Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-age students
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 35 elementary students
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy and support services across a traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 35 hours weekly

This contract will span the entire academic year, beginning in August 2026 and concluding in June 2027.
