Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois SLP license (active status; screenshot confirmation required)
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in Speech-Language Pathology (screenshot confirmation required)
• SLP-CCC highly preferred; exceptional Clinical Fellows also considered
• Commitment to onsite service delivery
• Experience with K-12 student populations (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and continued professional development
• Adapt interventions to meet the varied needs of diverse caseloads (K-12; caseload specifics assigned upon hire)
