* Follow up with leads to bolster interest and ease their hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Be Compensated

This is a wholly commission-based role, putting you in control of your earning potential with no cap on success.
