Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of clients, ensuring culturally appropriate care.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques, and creating personalized treatment plans.

• Documenting progress notes and conducting suicide risk assessments, employing thorough electronic health record (EHR) management.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, focusing on skill development, coping strategies, and promoting peer support networks.
\n
• Coordinating with healthcare providers to escalate patient needs and ensuring seamless transitions to additional support services when necessary.
\n
• Serving as a liaison for clients, connecting them with local resources and community agencies to enhance access to medication assistance programs and other necessary services.

• Collaborating with Quality Improvement teams to develop processes for effective data collection and analysis, which will inform program enhancements and patient care strategies.

This role primarily serves individuals affected by mental health disorders and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in direct clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
