Job Description

LOCATION: Irvine, CA

PAY RANGE: $25 - $30/hr

REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:

Primary duties will be e-filing with state and federal
Maintain an attorney calendar including calendaring appearances and deadlines.
Prepare notices, schedule depositions, and serve subpoenas.
Prepare documents for e-filing with federal courts.
Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Knowledge of California and Federal Civil Procedure.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Great time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision.
Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
