Farmers Insurance Division 86, the number one ranked Farmers district in California, is hiring a licensed Insurance Producer for our Long Beach office. This is a direct production role for someone who already has, or is close to finishing, their Property and Casualty license and wants infrastructure, lead flow, and brand support instead of starting cold.

 

The role: Manage a full book across auto, home, life, and commercial lines. Quote, present, and bind policies, and every policy you write pays you again at renewal. Division 86 provides warm lead flow, marketing support, and an established office to work out of.

 

Who This Is For

• Active Property and Casualty license required, or in final stages of licensing
• Sales or client-facing experience, insurance experience a plus but not required
• Wants to build a real book of business with renewal income, not just one-time sales
• Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure
