As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Driver's License: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. (C123) Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports. Report maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, and security-related policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
