Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, conducting physical examinations and comprehensive medical history assessments.
• Assist in diagnosing surgical-related conditions by analyzing imaging studies and lab reports.
• Work in close partnership with surgeons to develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans.
• Provide essential intraoperative support, including preparing operating suites, ensuring patient safety, and efficiently handing instruments during surgical procedures.
• Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, encompassing medication administration, wound management, discharge preparations, and patient education.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical training with a focus on surgical procedures is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C credential.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
