Role Description This is a full-time i mmediate opening in the Augusta, GA area, for a BIM Specialist, specializing in electrical systems for commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will lead the BIM team by providing guidance, process improvements, and training materials for BIM Technicians and Engineers. The BIM team coordinates layout and fabrication drawings for Electrical and Low Voltage Systems using Revit. Must have experience with Electrical Systems and 2+ years of REVIT. Responsibilities Provides leadership and guidance in BIM development. Assist project teams with design and pre-construction services and establish/implement BIM procedures and techniques to ensure timely modeling/drawing completion. Utilizes REVIT and is involved with specification review for system requirements. Manages BIM template, families, and REVIT processes. Works with the BIM team and engineers to complete contract documents for Electrical design of commercial, educational, healthcare, correctional, industrial, and government facilities.
