Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Assessing clients' mental health needs through thorough evaluation methods, including interviews and assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans designed to foster healing and growth.

• Employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy to guide clients toward achieving their personal and relational goals.

• Documenting all client interactions and progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
