Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met throughout the organization.

• Act as a liaison between clients and key state agencies, service systems, and community partners, ensuring seamless communication and access to necessary resources.

• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further the mission of our outpatient program in the broader community.

• Develop and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations to promote programs, seek partnerships, and discover funding opportunities that enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending relevant conferences, presenting on mental health topics, and participating in statewide meetings and committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sierra Vista, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our outpatient program is designed to support clients as they navigate their daily lives while accessing effective therapies tailored to their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required to ensure a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.

• An independent license, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated professional experience of at least two years in a mental health setting, reflecting your ability to support clients effectively.
