Compensation $100,000 - $125,000 Why You'll Love This Opportunity Report directly to an experienced Controller and gain exposure to executive leadership Play a key role in improving accounting processes and driving operational efficiencies Lead and mentor a collaborative accounting team Opportunity to influence financial reporting, controls, and business performance Established company with over 60 years of success and stability Flexible work schedule and strong company culture Key Responsibilities Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Review and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports Review account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team Partner with operations and leadership to support sound financial decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
