Overview ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). Responsibilities Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Use a top‑down sales strategy to recommend solutions that help clients understand and solve their real business needs. Network with existing and prospective clients to earn referral business. Cross‑sell cloud‑based HR solutions with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while maintaining ethical standards. Qualifications Positive self‑starter with upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold‑call without fear of rejection. Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in B2B outside sales. Proven winner who thrives under pressure and exceeds sales quotas. College degree is not required; acceptable experience includes three years of B2B sales (preferably field sales) or military experience.
